Planning a wedding abroad should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Our Venice wedding packages bring together the practical support, local coordination and trusted professionals you need to organise your ceremony with confidence.
Choose the level of assistance that suits you, from documentation support to civil, religious or symbolic ceremony planning. For a complete wedding experience, we also create fully tailored proposals.
Every wedding in Venice is different. Some couples need help with documents and local authorities; others want support with the ceremony, suppliers and coordination on the day. Our packages give you a clear starting point while leaving room to adapt the service to your plans.
The four options below focus on ceremony planning. If you are organising a reception or a multi-day celebration, see our end-to-end planning option for a proposal built around your venue, guests and priorities.

If you would like support beyond the ceremony, Giovanna and her team can design a tailor-made wedding experience from initial concept to completion. This may include venue research, reception planning, floral design, entertainment, photography, guest transfers and complete on-the-day coordination.
Your proposal will be shaped around your preferred date, number of guests, style, venue preferences and the services you would like us to arrange and take care of.
Request a tailored wedding proposalA clear and personal process, from your first enquiry to the start of planning.
Tell us your preferred date or period, ceremony type, estimated number of guests and the kind of support you need.
We arrange a complimentary 30-minute introductory video call to understand your priorities and answer your initial questions.
Within three working days of the introductory call, you will receive a proposal outlining the agreed services, optional additions and related costs.
Once the proposal is accepted, we confirm the next steps, timeline and information required to begin planning.
Each package provides a different level of support. Yellow Daisy focuses on documentation and administrative assistance, while Red Rose, Pink Peony and White Orchid include ceremony planning and selected wedding-day services. The comparison table shows the standard inclusions, and selected additional services can be quoted separately.
Our Venice ceremony packages start from €1,800. The final price depends on the type of ceremony, the couple’s nationality, the required legal or administrative procedures and any additional services selected. End-to-end weddings are quoted individually following an introductory consultation.
Only to a limited extent. Each package has a defined structure and can accommodate selected additions or minor adjustments. If you require a significantly different combination of services or more comprehensive planning, a fully tailor-made proposal will be the more appropriate option.
Yes. We explain the procedure and requirements that apply to your ceremony and liaise with the relevant local office or authority in Italy. Some documents must be requested directly from the authorities in your country of nationality or residence. We will explain what is required and by when, while you will be responsible for obtaining the documents and providing them within the indicated timeframe. We will then coordinate the steps that need to be completed in Italy.
Assistance with booking the ceremony venue is included where stated. Venue hire fees are not included unless expressly indicated. Any venue, supplier and additional service costs will be clearly shown in your proposal.
For the widest choice of dates, venues and wedding professionals, we recommend contacting us 6 to 12 months before your preferred date. The ideal lead time depends on the type of ceremony and any documentation required. Shorter timelines may be possible, subject to the ceremony requirements and availability.
Red Rose is designed for civil weddings, while Pink Peony provides support for religious ceremonies. White Orchid is intended for symbolic ceremonies, intimate weddings, vow renewals and elopements. Yellow Daisy is suitable for couples who have already organised most of their wedding and primarily need assistance with documents and administrative procedures.
A civil ceremony follows the legal process required for a legally recognised marriage. A religious ceremony follows the requirements of the chosen faith and religious authority. A symbolic ceremony is not legally binding, but offers greater freedom in the wording, vows, setting and structure of the celebration.
Yes. If your wedding includes a reception, guest logistics, several events or a wider range of services, a ceremony package may not provide the level of support you need. In this case, we can prepare an end-to-end wedding planning proposal that may include venue research, supplier management, design, logistics and complete wedding-day coordination.
Select the package you are interested in and share a few details about your plans. If you are unsure which option is right for you, we will help you identify the most suitable level of support. Giovanna will review your enquiry personally and reply within three working days.
